Plot twist, it’s actually great!
This hotel is a hidden gem! Quiet, with a lovely pool and huge rooms that are well-kept. The nearby beach is perfect for snorkeling. While the on-site restaurant didn't impress, the charming local eatery, La Julia, is just a short walk away. Friendly staff added to our restful vacation experience!

It was just a commendable fit for a two-day stay in Puerto Escondido with very good value for money. The air conditioning worked great, but I had a surprising hail shower from it in the middle of the night! Be careful with the restaurant timing. it can be slow during busy hours.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds overlooking a lovely pool area. Mornings at La Julia, just a short two-minute walk away, were fantastic for breakfast. The pool is serene, ideal for unwinding. however, the air conditioning in the room was harsh, dropping temperatures too low at night. Dining in the hotel was mediocre compared to nearby options. Lastly, while the nearby beach was accessible, the hotel's remote location felt isolating at times.

The clean swimming pool provided a refreshing escape from the heat, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. Beautiful gardens and inviting hammocks added to the laid-back vibe, creating a tranquil atmosphere for enjoying the surroundings.
Breakfast options lacked clarity, leading us to order off the menu most days, incurring unexpected charges. WiFi issues persisted. one day it was acceptable, the next it became practically unusable. The cats wandering around the restaurant didn’t bother some, but it felt a bit unkempt at times.

The experience was a mixed bag during my 2-night stay. While the outdoor pool was spacious and enjoyable, the service in the restaurant was notably slow, with long wait times even during quiet hours. However, the room was clean and met my needs. Additionally, the location was nice, with a local beach just a short walk away, perfect for relaxing by the ocean.

nice stay with some quirks
Spent 5 nights in a double room with two double beds. The air conditioning worked a bit too well, like actual icicles falling from it at night! But the room was clean and comfy. The pool area was awesome for relaxing, and the staff were super helpful when it got noisy. Spa treatments were delightful, felt really authentic.
